For over a decade, I've worked across many facets of the agency world, including creative, strategy, experience, communications and management roles - both locally and internationally. I've worked in household names, government departments and early stage start ups - across multiple categories and sectors. This includes Porsche globally, Amazon Europe, Dineamic, AIA, the Australian and Las Vegas Grands Prix, and Oxfam.

Over my career, I've been recognised for my ability to build future-focused capabilities, foster creativity, and inspire and lead a variety of disciplines within marketing and advertising – bringing them together seamlessly and driving commercial results (for clients and agencies alike). I can speak client, creative, technology, experience, strategy, operations and accounts fluently. I have a deep understanding of all these roles and how they all coexist and interact. And in a world that's getting more complex by the day, that broad knowledge comes in handy.

But, at the end of the day, I just really like having something curly to apply my brain to. I like learning, and being surrounded by people who see the same thing as me but in a different way. I reckon the job I've got (and the industry I've made my career in) is an absolute lark - and that's because it's about 80% hanging out with interesting people, soliciting diverse opinions, and solving difficult problems.
